Professional and Courteous
"The owner, Carl, is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. He follows through, is very professional, courteous and has an old school work ethic, meaning he takes a lot of pride in his work. He did exactly what he said he would from start to finish. He actually started the job earlier and finished ahead of schedule and on budget. He disassembled our old wooden deck and replaced it with Azec flooring and Timbertech railing. He pulled all the necessary permits and scheduled all the inspections so we are in good standing with the Town. He even went above and beyond to remove our old staircase landing. We highly recommend him."

The Embodiment of Perfectionism!
"I am completely and totally satisfied with the deck built by Creative Decks. Carl, the owner and sole worker, is in my opinion, the embodiment of perfectionism. Carl's methodical approach to the project has resulted in a structure that is solidly built and looks beautiful! Upon my request, Carl visited my house, surveyed the project site and subsequently provided a detailed estimate. While this estimate was slightly higher than another competitor's, I decided to hire Creative Decks due to positive reviews on Google and more importantly, Carl's knowledge regarding outdoor construction, and pleasant, soft-spoken demeanor. Prior to the start of the project, Carl drew up a formal contract, which listed each specific task that would be performed as part of the deck construction. Additionally, Carl took on the responsibility of applying for the requisite construction permits. Individual milestones of the project, which broadly speaking, included i) construction of the concrete piers for the supporting the deck, ii) the frame for supporting the deck floor, iii) the lattice work to cover the sides of the deck, and iv) laying the deck floor and installing the railings with balusters, were accomplished with meticulousness. Furthermore, each step of the project was executed as per town guidelines/codes with the necessary periodic inspections. The entire project was completed ahead of schedule by about 3 days without exceeding the budget. At least from my perspective, Carl's work ethics, craftsmanship, and dedication are unassailable. I will be happy to hire Creative Decks again and recommend them to anyone without reservation."
